How will you use all the time you’ll get back when you hire a pro to handle your business bookkeeping?
It’s true: you’ll need to figure out how you want to enjoy more hours in your day once we start working together to organize your finances, keep your business bookkeeping on the right track throughout the year, and map out a plan to make sure everything always runs smoothly.
Whether you want to do it yourself, need ongoing accounting support, or just want a quarterly review to keep you on track, there’s a solution for your needs.
SET UP YOUR NEW BUSINESS
We’ll set up your new business with QuickBooks Online — and have you ready to receive revenue and handle your business expenses with ease. This includes a proper chart of accounts customized to your business, and I’ll even train you on how to navigate QuickBooks Online so there’s no confusion or overwhelm when you start.
This is a great way to quickly get on your feet and move forward with your biggest goals for your online business. You’ll be up and running for a one-time fee of $500.
Full-Service Bookkeeping
Ready to hand over your bookkeeping duties and not look back? Let’s make it happen! Here’s how it works and what I can do for you on a monthly basis:
- Record your outstanding income and expense transactions, up to 250 per month
- Monthly reconciliation of credit card and bank accounts
- Maintain data feeds into your QuickBooks Online file
- Issue monthly financial statements
- Issue a monthly report on transaction trends and suggested improvements
This is an excellent solution for business owners who need monthly financials to run their business, but know their time is better spent working with their customers and clients. The cost of this service depends on your level of complexity and how intensive your bookkeeping is — but the average cost for my clients is $300 per month (paid in arrears).
Tax Season Clean-Up
Let’s face it: sometimes we let things slide until the last minute and then we run around trying to deal with a mountain of documents and files to organize and sort come tax time. Feel free to outsource this chore to me.
I help small businesses prepare for tax season by:
- Categorizing any outstanding transactions
- Review of your documents and information for errors (and adjustments to address those mistakes before you file)
- Reconcile and tie-out any bank accounts through year-end.
Online business owners who haven’t opened their QuickBooks Online file since last year will breathe a sigh of relief. You can get a bookkeeper on-call for $100 per hour.
