Get Started with Tax Planning and Tax Preparation
I’m excited to work with you to alleviate all your tax headaches! We’ll start by reviewing your last tax return for tax opportunities at no charge. We can conduct this review in person or virtually, no matter where you are or when you want to meet.
Then, we’ll look at our options for ongoing engagements:

YEAR-END TAX PLANNING + RETURN PREPARATION
Tax prep plus planning during Q3 and Q4 is about $1,200 and depends on your tax situation and the number of forms needed to complete your return. Half is due up front and the balance is due before e-filing.
- We’ll discuss things like:
- Does it make sense for your business to be taxed as a S Corp? If so, what steps need to be taken by the end of the year?
- Are you withholding enough for payroll taxes?
- Are you maximizing business deductions? Or are there unnecessary business expenses that can be cut?
- Retirement plan contributions and types of accounts
- Charitable contributions
- Estimated tax calculations
Standalone tax planning is $750: half up front and half due upon delivery of my recommendations.
